Anyone from birth to age 21 who qualifies for physical, occupational or speech therapy services is appropriate for our programs. 

Parents can contact our office manager at 254-399-8255 to begin the paperwork process to enroll the child.  All that is needed is a signed prescription from the doctor for physical, occupational and/or speech therapy services.  Our office manager is happy to obtain that prescription for the family if the family will provide the name of the doctor.

The office manager will then schedule an evaluation performed by the licensed therapist to determine the need / frequency of services and to set goals / plan of care.   We are providers for Medicaid and most insurance.
